About My Coaching

As a certified life coach with over 20 years of experience working in high- and maximum-security correctional facilities, I understand what it means to remain steady while carrying emotional weight — to witness human complexity at its rawest and still choose clarity, compassion, and integrity.
I've also lived the personal work of healing from toxic dynamics. I've navigated divorce in the context of addiction, experienced loss related to substance abuse, and rebuilt my life after decades in a high-stress environment. Even after leaving unhealthy relationships, I found myself drawn back into familiar patterns — not because I didn't know better, but because they felt emotionally safe, even when they weren't. I know the shame. I know the work it takes to truly break free.
I'm not perfect. I didn't handle everything perfectly. But I learned, I healed, and I chose differently. That is the real journey I walk with my clients — not a fantasy version of healing, but an honest and grounded one.
As an empath, I hold compassion for everyone involved in these dynamics, including those struggling with addiction. This work is not about blame, anger, or people-bashing. It's about choosing yourself as an act of self-respect and self-love — without apology.
Through Living Loved, I support women who are already out of unhealthy relationships or who have made a clear, committed decision to end toxic patterns and move forward.
This work is grounded in the belief that deep service does not require self-sacrifice — healing happens through clarity, boundaries, and personal responsibility.
This is coaching — a structured, supportive partnership for women who are ready to move forward, not therapy or crisis intervention. We'll honor your story, but the focus is on clarity, growth, and action. If you're ready to do the work, I'm here to walk with you.

A structured, supportive coaching experience for women ready to fully commit to rebuilding self-worth, strengthening boundaries, and stepping into their next chapter with clarity and self-respect.
This program is currently in development and will be offered first as a founding (beta) experience for a small group of women.
The full experience will include:
- Seven weekly one-hour sessions (Zoom, phone or in-person when possible)
- Guided exercises and journal prompts
- Self-Love Journal + bonus tools
- Ongoing support throughout the program

This experience will be intentionally limited to ensure depth, safety, and support.
