A reflective workshop for women in transition

Overview

This in-person workshop offers a calm, supportive space for women navigating change who are seeking clarity around boundaries, self-worth, and personal reset. Through guided reflection, intentional conversation, and a simple creative component, participants are invited to reconnect with themselves and explore what they need moving forward.

Participants will leave with greater clarity and gentle insights they can carry into the next chapter of their lives.
