Living Loved

The Living Loved Philosophy

A foundational philosophy of Living Loved with Shaunda™

Helping women reclaim their self-worth, honor healthy boundaries, choose themselves without guilt, and create lives rooted in clarity, confidence, and purpose.

What Does It Mean to Live Loved?

Living Loved is more than a phrase. It is a way of living rooted in self-worth, healthy boundaries, healing, and the courage to choose yourself.

I created the Living Loved Philosophy from my own journey through unhealthy relationships, addiction-impacted family dynamics, divorce, grief, and life-changing transitions.

Through those experiences, I learned that healing does not begin by changing everyone around you. It begins by acknowledging your truth, releasing what no longer serves you, and rebuilding your life with self-respect and intention.

Living Loved is for women who have spent years being strong for everyone else and are finally ready to reconnect with themselves.

Not perfectly.
Not performatively.
But honestly.

It is learning how to love without losing yourself, remain compassionate without abandoning yourself, choose yourself without guilt, and find the freedom that comes from releasing resentment while embracing healing.

Living Loved isn't about pretending the pain never happened. It's about refusing to let pain, resentment, or bitterness have the final say in your life.

The Living Loved Philosophy

The Living Loved Philosophy is grounded in four foundational principles that guide every coaching conversation, workshop, and resource I create.

1. Self-Worth

Your worth is not something you earn through overgiving, people-pleasing, proving yourself, or carrying everyone else's burdens. Living Loved begins with recognizing that your voice, your needs, and your well-being matter.

2. Healthy Boundaries

Healthy boundaries are an act of self-respect. They protect your peace, honor your values, and create space for relationships that are mutual, honest, and emotionally healthy.

3. Choosing Yourself

Choosing yourself is not selfish. It means making decisions that align with your values, your truth, and the life you are creating—without abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable.

4. Healing

Healing is not about becoming someone entirely different. It is about releasing what has weighed you down, reconnecting with who you truly are, and moving forward with greater compassion, wisdom, and self-trust.

The Living Loved Method™

The Living Loved Method™ is the practical framework I use to help women move from survival and uncertainty toward healing, self-trust, and intentional growth.

Acknowledge

Recognize where you are, what you have experienced, and what you truly need—with honesty, self-compassion, and without judgment.

Release

Let go of unhealthy patterns, limiting beliefs, emotional burdens, resentment, and responsibilities that were never yours to carry.

Rebuild

Reconnect with your values, strengthen your confidence, trust yourself again, and intentionally create a life that reflects who you are and what matters most to you.

The Outcome

As you begin living this philosophy and practicing the Living Loved Method™, you create space to move forward with:

Clarity Confidence Purpose

Living Loved is not about having everything figured out. It is about learning to trust yourself, honor your worth, and move through life without abandoning who you are.

Ready to Begin?

If you're ready to stop simply surviving and start living from a place of self-worth, healthy boundaries, and purpose, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
